How can I take advantage of DeMIX Essentials's GPU acceleration?
DeMIX Essentials 6 introduced new separations optimised to run on DirectX 12 compatible graphics cards. This can be toggled on or off in the "Processing" tab of the global application settings. When launching the software on a Windows computer, you will be prompted to select a "Processing Unit" from a list of available devices. The list will always include "CPU" and any DirectX 12 compatible graphics card that are detected. Please note that the power and age of a graphics card will significantly impact the processing time.
